Notice about adding funds via Neteller

If you made a deposit, but the funds were not transferred to your FXOpen account, please use the Notice about payment.

  1. Select Add Funds → Neteller in My FXOpen and click the notification form link.

  2. Fill in the form the deposit details and click Notice. To get the Transaction ID, check the transaction history of your Neteller account.

  1. You can check the current transaction status by clicking the account number on the left of My FXOpen. Transaction history is displayed on the Operation Summary tab. The operation status can be one of the following:

    • Pending: The request is still in progress. The funds were not added to your FXOpen account.
    • Succeed: The request is successfully completed. The funds were added to your FXOpen account.
    • Rejected: The deposit was rejected by the financial department. Click Details to find out why the deposit was rejected, or contact FXOpen Support at  for more information.
  2. You can cancel a payment with the Pending status by clicking Cancel. The status of the transaction will change to Rejected.
