If you submitted a deposit request but the funds were not transferred to your FXOpen account, please use the Notice about payment.
Click Add Funds → Skrill in My FXOpen and click the notification form link on the deposit form.
Fill in the form and click Notice.
*Transaction Id can be found in the 'All Transaction' list.
Your payment notice will be submitted for review. After your request is processed, the funds will be transferred to your account.
The current status of your payment can be easily checked. Click your account number (on the left of My FXOpen) and pay attention to the History tab of Account Operations page. The statuses are as follows:
- Pending: Your request is still in progress; the money has not been added to your FXOpen account.
- Succeed: Your request is successfully completed; the money has been added to your FXOpen account.
- Rejected: Your deposit was rejected by our financial department. Click Details to find out the reason for rejection. Or contact FXOpen customer service ([email protected]) for more information.
Deposit transactions with the Pending status can be canceled. Click Cancel to halt a request.
The payment status will be changed to Rejected.
