Withdrawals via Skrill

There are restrictions on the use of Skrill in the following countries: Cyprus, Bulgaria, Malaysia, USA, Spain, Mauritius, Hong Kong and Brazil.

To withdraw funds via Skrill:

  1. Click Withdraw funds → Skrill in My FXOpen.

  2. Fill in the form below:

    • Choose your eWallet.
    • Choose the currency wallet from which the withdrawal will be performed.
    • Put the amount you want to withdraw to your Skrill account.
    • Indicate the withdrawal currency.
    • Enter your e-mail registered with Skrill.
    • Enter PIN code for eWallet.

    Click Withdraw.


    1-%-fee is deducted for withdrawals via the Skrill system (max. $0.68 ). 
    Minimum withdrawal amount — USD 1.00.
  3. A confirmation message from [email protected] will be sent to the e-mail, registered with your FXOpen eWallet. Please, click the link in it to confirm the withdrawal (before clicking the confirmation link, your request status will be Pending).

  4. When the link is confirmed, the message about successful verification will appear. The status of your withdrawal request will be changed to Pending Confirmed. At this point the withdrawal request will be submitted to FXOpen back-office department for review.

  5. After the FXOpen Finance department approves your withdrawal the requested funds will be sent to your Skrill account. The status of your request will change to Succeed.

  6. If your withdrawal was not processed, check your withdrawal request status in the 'History' log (click your eWallet number on the left of My FXOpen). Perhaps, it is still waiting for approval (the Pending Confirmed status) or was rejected by our Back-office Department (the Rejected status). To find out the reason for rejection, click Details in the History log.

  7. You can cancel withdrawal requests, but only requests with the Pending/ Pending Confirmed status can be cancelled.
    Click Cancel to halt a request. The request status will change to Rejected.

As a rule, withdrawals via Skrill are processed up to 24 hours if the deposit was made via Skrill ewallet or Skrill Instant Banking.

Note, when depositing through credit/debit card withdrawals via Skrill can ONLY be processed after 30 days

But to withdraw funds earlier is possible via refund, when the deposited amount is returned to the card. To request the refund, please email to [email protected] or submit a ticket to Finance department.
