1. How can I withdraw my money?

Please see Withdrawal page for all the options. If you used multiple payment options to fund your account, you can withdraw the amount that came from each of the systems back to this system and withdraw the profit via the system from which your largest deposit was made.

Example. You deposited $40 from Skrill (Moneybooker), $100 from DixiPay and $300 from WebMoney. You can withdraw $40 back to Skrill, $100 back to DixiPay and $300 back to WebmMoney. You can also withdraw your profit via Web Money.

You must use the same payment system to deposit and withdraw money from your account.

Withdrawals are possible to your eWallet directly or to a trading account (indirectly, i.e. the withdrawal amount from the trading account will be transferred to your eWallet first and then withdrawn to the required account/wallet. This internal transfer is automatic and can be viewed on the )

  • Make sure you remember what e-mail address has been used for your account registration. You can check that inFXOpen personal area, menu Profile → Personal.
  • Yahoo does not always deliver letters from FXOpen. We strongly recommend you to use other e-mail services (gmailor hotmail). 7. I used several deposit options to fund my account and made profit. How can I withdraw?

If you used several options to deposit and made profit, you can withdraw in parts: the deposit amount received from each of the payment systems must be withdrawn back to these systems.

Profit can be withdrawn to the payment system from which the largest deposit was made.

Example
Deposits:

  • $50 Skrill (Moneybookers);
  • $40 WebMoney;
  • $200 Payza;
  • Profit from trading - $100.

Withdrawals:

  • $50 Skrill (Moneybookers);
  • $40 WebMoney;
  • $300 Payza ($200 Payza deposit + $100 profit. Profit is withdrawn to Payza as the deposit via this option was the largest).

8. I used several deposit options to fund my account and I lost. How can I withdraw the remaining money?

The remaining money can be withdrawn in parts, in percentage to the deposits that were made from each of the systems.

Example.
Deposits:

  • $500 Payza;
  • $300 Neteller;
  • $200 Skrill (Moneybookers).

(The total: $1000 or 100%, so, Payza deposit makes up 50%, QIWI Wallet deposit – 30%, Skrill deposit – 20%). The trader loses $700 and wants to withdraw the remaining $300.

Withdrawals:

  • $150 Payza (50% from $300);
  • $90 Neteller (30% from $300);
  • $60 Skrill (Moneybookers) (20% from $300).
If you used several options to deposit and one of them was bank wire transfer, you must withdraw the money that came from electronic payment systems (WebMoney, Skrill, Payza, etc.) back to these systems. Only after that you can withdraw by a bank wire.

If you used several options to deposit (including internal transfer from another FXOpen account) and one of them was local deposit, you should contact FXOpen representative in your country, to check if you can use "local withdrawal". Local withdrawal rules may vary from country to country, but in most cases, if you want to use local withdrawal, you should fund your account via the local deposit option only. Using mixed deposit options will disqualify you from using local withdrawal.

9. I funded my account using one payment option, then lost the deposit completely, re-deposited from another payment option and made profit. How can I withdraw?

If you funded your account using one payment option, then lost the deposit completely, re-deposited from another payment option and made profit, you can withdraw the deposit and profit via the last used payment option.

Example.
A client deposits $100 using Payza, loses this deposit (his account balance is $0 or near so), then makes the second deposit ($300 via WebMoney) and makes some profit. In this case the client can withdraw everything to WebMoney.

10. I deposited funds via a payment method which does not provide a withdrawal option. How can I withdraw?

There are more deposit options than withdrawal ones. If you deposited funds via a payment method which does not provide a withdrawal option, please use a wire transfer to withdraw. Withdrawals are possible via wire transfer after 30 days since your last deposit.

If the withdrawal amount is less than $100.00, please use any available withdrawal option in FXOpen personal area.
